Mendel Yudin is an Associate in the New York office of Kaye Scholer. Mr. Yudin’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate finance and securities offerings. Additionally, Mr. Yudin advises U.S. and international companies, both private and public, on general corporate matters, including corporate governance and securities laws compliance as well as advising financial institutions and corporate lenders in the areas of commercial lending and structured finance.
