Bertram Zweig's practice is concentrated in private equity and venture capital transactions. He has experience in all phases of this practice, primarily representing public and private companies and investment banking firms in California, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, joint ventures, and enterprise financings. He has had substantial experience in broker-dealer regulation and in international business transactions, including multinational technology and other joint ventures. Mr. Zweig is actively involved in advising boards of directors on corporate governance matters, and has provided strategic advice to high-tech enterprises. He is an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Law School, where he teaches a course in venture finance for emerging technology companies.
