Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer ( LLP is a limited liability partnership, organized under the laws of the State of Delaware. The Amsterdam office of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer is regulated by the Netherlands Bar.
The Dutch lawyers practicing at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer (Amsterdam) LLP are admitted to practice as lawyers and are members of the Netherlands Bar, under the professional title "advocaat".
The lawyers listed below have registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas:
- mr. J.R.A. (Carla) Schoonderbeek is registered for Health law;
- mr. B.A. (Bart) Jong is registered for Health law;
Based on this registration, they are required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.

The Amsterdam office does not make use of a Client's Funds Escrow Foundation and therefore is not allowed to receive escrow amounts from clients and third parties.
