Olivia Foster focuses her practice on white collar defense, government investigations, and commercial litigation.

Olivia maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on civil rights litigation.

Olivia received her law degree from Cornell Law School, where she served as a publishing editor for the Cornell Law Review. While in law school, she participated in the First Amendment Law Clinic and the Protest and Civil Disobedience Defense Clinic. Before law school, Olivia worked for the House Committee on Oversight and Reform.
