Yiqing Shi focuses on white collar defenses and complex commercial litigation. Yiqing has experience in high-stake complex litigation in federal and state courts, securities investigation and litigation, and other government agency investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Yiqing clerked for the Honorable Pamela K. Chen of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. While attending law school, she served as the executive managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Debra Ann Livingston of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
