Structured Finance Group Presented "Government's Response to the Credit Crisis"

Janet Barbiere, William "Butch" Cullen, Henry Morriello and Madeleine Tan presented the first program in Kaye Scholer's Structured Finance Seminar Series, "Government's Response to the Credit Crisis." The seminar provided an overview of some of the key aspects of the U.S. government's ever-increasing response to the credit crisis, with particular attention paid to the increased availability of funding to financial institutions and the economic and legal structures upon which such funding is based.
