Tanenbaum, Partner and International Chair of the Technology, Intellectual Property and Outsourcing Group, spoke during PLI's one-hour webcast of "Green Technologies: Legal Strategies for Innovators, Investors and End Users" on February 28, 2008 at 1 p.m. His discussion focused on the key legal issues involved in the development, commercialization and purchase of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies (including intellectual property ownership and licensing, due diligence, and how outsourcing is used in the implementation of Green Technology products and services) and the use of carbon credits to finance such projects.
