On April 7 and 8, 2011, Hans-Joachim Fritz participated in the Anti-Corruption & Compliance Summit at Villa Kennedy in Frankfurt/Main. On the first day, he moderated a panel discussion with leading representatives of banks and insurance companies on the topic “Too much? Numerous regulatory challenges for the finance branch — MaComp, MaRisk, new Sec. 25c of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz — “KWG”) and compensation regulations for financial institutions."
