Strategic Considerations: When to Make Use of the New PTO Proceedings

Patent Litigation partners, Benjamin Hsing and Daniel Reisner will be presenting a West LegalEdcenter webinar on June 26, 11:00 am EDT. The 90-minute webinar will discuss the many new proceedings available before the PTO, with the enactment of the America Invents Act, including derivation under the new 35 U.S.C., inter partes review, post-grant review, preissuance submissions, and supplemental reexaminations. This program will address these new proceedings as well as ex parte reexaminations, reissues, and appeals of examiner’s final office actions to the Board.
