On May 23, 2013, Kaye Scholer’s Sebastian Jungermann spoke at the Frankfurt Bar Association about the proper implementation of corporate compliance management systems in German companies, with a special focus on anti-corruption and antitrust laws. The presentation was a CLE program for German lawyers focusing on corporate, commercial and labor law.
