Brandt Pasco discusses “Biggest Export Control Reform Myths and Misconceptions” at ACI’s EAR Boot Camp

Associate Brandt Pasco will speak at American Conference Institute’s 3rd National Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Boot Camp on October 9-10. The EAR Boot camp is an in-depth, practical nuts-and-bolts event on how to meet strict compliance expectations and minimize new penalty risks. Brandt will be speaking on the opening morning of the conference, on “The Biggest Export Control Reform Myths and Misconceptions: A Practical Review of New and Anticipated Rules, and How They Impact the Export of Commercial, Military and Dual-Use Items and Technology.” He will discuss the new and upcoming changes to the EAR, and the biggest pitfalls and misunderstandings that can hamper organizations’ compliance efforts going forward.
