Corporate Partner Diane Holt Frankle will speak at Tulane University Law School’s 26^th Annual Corporate Law Institute on March 27 – 28, 2014 in New Orleans, LA. In the “Early Stage Deal Considerations” session on March 28, Diane and fellow panelists will examine important issues presented at the early stages of a deal, including negotiation of confidentiality agreements, deal structuring and approval processes, and considering the need for the creation of a special committee.
