Hartmut Renz Speaks about Organizational Structures in Banks and Delegation of Duties

Hartmut T. Renz, Counsel in the Frankfurt office of Kaye Scholer, gave a lecture at an event organized by Management Circle. He spoke about organizational structures in banks and the delegation of duties. Specifically, he described compliance functions, risk-control functions and internal control systems. Furthermore, he discussed with board members of banks how to avoid legal liabilities in delegating duties from board members to other functions in banks.
