Hartmut T. Renz, Counsel in the Frankfurt office of Kaye Scholer, spoke on compliance in banks at a Management Circle seminar held in Frankfurt. His presentation focused on new requirements for dealing with offenses in the capital market environment, including insider breaches and market manipulation and for managing conflicts of interest. Compliance officers from different banks across Germany were in attendance. The event fulfills education and training requirements for compliance officers.
