Geelan to Speak at Goldman Sachs on Legal and Regulatory Developments for Hedge Funds

Kaye Scholer Employment & Labor practice head John Geelan will participate in the “Legal and Regulatory Developments” breakout session at the Goldman Sachs 14th Annual Hedge Fund Seminar on November 17, 2016. Geelan’s session will highlight current developments in the legal and regulatory space that impact the hedge fund community including AML/KYC, FCPA, trade secret protection and restrictive covenants.

Held at Goldman Sachs’ headquarters in New York, the conference offers hedge fund participants the opportunity to hear from professionals and industry leaders on a number of trends and challenges in accounting, tax, operations and regulation facing the hedge fund industry, specifically those faced by senior noninvestment professionals.
