Supreme Court Grants Certiorari in Antitrust Case In Which Kaye Scholer Submitted A Supporting Amicus Brief on Behalf of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America

On June 26, 2006, the Supreme Court granted certiorari in Bell Atlantic v. Twombly, a case concerning pleading standards in Sherman Act Section 1 conspiracy cases. On behalf of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America ("PhRMA"), the trade association of leading research manufacturers of brand name prescription drugs, Kaye Scholer submitted an amicus brief in support of the Petition.
