Kaye Scholer Represents American Securities in its Acquisition of FiberMark

Kaye Scholer represented American Securities Capital Partners, LLC in its acquisition of FiberMark. FiberMark is a leading producer of fiber-based specialty materials that support global industries and applications. FiberMark has seven manufacturing facilities in the U.S., as well as an operation in the U.K. FiberMark's management team will continue with the company in partnership with American Securities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
