Kaye Scholer represented Saab North America, Inc. in its approximately $200 million acquisition of Sensis Corporation, which provides surveillance technologies and air traffic management solutions for the global civil aviation and defense markets. The Kaye Scholer team was led by Partner Farhad Jalinous and included Associate Keith Schomig.
