Henry G. Morriello Quoted in Bloomberg Article on Film Production Finance

Henry G. Morriello, partner and co-chair of the Structured Finance Group, commented on the emerging trend toward the use of structured finance in the movie industry in a June 4 Bloomberg News article titled "Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Movies to Back New Bonds." Mr. Morriello sees the availability of such financing as providing an alternative funding vehicle in that "...it's not in the traditional vein of how [ ] films have been financed." He also notes that funding a pool of films through this alternative method is positive because "...the more films you have that are being financed with one bond offering or facility, the greater the dispersion of risk."
