Joel Greenberg Quoted by Reuters on Difficulty of Investing in Lehman

Joel Greenberg, Co-Chair of the Corporate & Finance Department, was quoted in the September 15, 2008 Reuters article titled "Lehman Brothers, To Buy of Not to Buy."  The article discussed the falling share prices of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc and the risk to be considered when investing in the company. "If the current stock price made it attractive, then the question is what the other parts are worth or what they would cost," said Mr. Greenberg.  The article went on to describe the possibility, and difficulty, of making bids for just parts of the business.  "There are lots of built-in shark repellents," Mr. Greenberg said.  "There are lots of contracts that have change of control provisions in them."
