Personalwirtschaft - Sonderheft Arbeitsrecht: "Gefahrlos aufklären"

Hans-Joachim Fritz, Partner in the Frankfurt Office, has published an article about opportunities to protect whistleblowers against unfair dismissal and other backlashes, as well as employers and other employees against unjustified incrimination, in the December issue of Personalwirtschaft, Zeitschrift für Human Resources (a special edition on labor law issues). Mr. Fritz details measures (e.g., external whisteblower hotline and ombudsman services, among others) to ensure the whistleblower’s anonymity while assuring due investigation of each complaint.
