Arthur F. Woodard, Partner and Chair of the Employee Benefits group, authored an article in the January 1, 2010 Employee Benefit Advisor titled "Supreme Court Continues to Wrestle with Questions on Benefits." In the article, Mr. Woodard discusses two 2008 Supreme Court decisions that were intended to provide final answers for benefits professionals, but which have instead raised new questions and spawned new litigation.
